How will company checks be carried out in the future?

For the time being, there is no ruling at EU level that, unlike storage obligation for diagrams charts, prescribes regular downloading and saving of mass memory data and/or driver card, printout archiving or similar. However it is highly recommended to voluntarily proceed to regular data downloading and printing.

Furthermore, downloading could have been made mandatory in your country by national law. Member States are responsible for enforcing social legislation and we therefore recommend you to contact the competent authority in your country.
